These Terms of Sale govern the commercial relationship between PURAVIDA SPORTWEAR SL and users who make purchases through the website www.puravidasportwear.com. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

1. Products and availability

Puravida Sportwear SL offers official products from SPARCO, SPARCO Teamwork, Dakar – Diverse Extreme, Rugged Radios, Comfort Race, Bell and other technical motorsport items.

Product availability may vary depending on manufacturer or distributor stock. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and offered:

• an equivalent product,
• an updated delivery time,
• or a full refund of the amount paid (via bank transfer or, if paid through PayPal, refunded through PayPal).

2. Prices

All prices include the applicable VAT in Spain.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before completing the order.

Puravida Sportwear SL reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, always guaranteeing the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. Payment methods

Purchases may be paid using:

• Credit/debit card
• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Bizum (if enabled)

Payment must be completed for the order to be processed.

4. Shipping and delivery times

Orders are shipped through specialized transport agencies.

Estimated delivery times (if the item is in stock):

• Spain (mainland): 24–72 h
• Balearic Islands: 48–96 h
• Europe: 3–7 days
• Rest of the world: depending on destination

If the item must be ordered from the supplier:

• Spain (mainland): 8–10 business days
• Balearic Islands: 8–12 business days
• Europe: 12–15 business days
• Rest of the world: depending on destination

Delivery times may vary for made‑to‑order items, customizations or products with limited availability.

5. Warranties

All products include the legal warranty established by current regulations.

SPARCO, Bell and other FIA products must retain their label, hologram and serial number for any warranty claim.

The following will not be considered defects:

• normal wear and tear,
• damage caused by improper use,
• unauthorized modifications,
• or manipulation of safety equipment.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

• unused,
• in perfect condition,
• in its original packaging,
• and with all included accessories.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Puravida Sportwear SL.

Exceptions (non‑returnable items):

• Customized or made‑to‑order products.
• FIA equipment (refunds are not accepted; only exchanges or store credit).
• Used or unsealed FIA equipment (helmets, HANS devices, harnesses, fireproof clothing, etc.).
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Products damaged due to improper use.

7. Customized orders

Customized products require prior approval of the design by the customer.

Once the design is approved, cancellations or returns are not accepted.

8. Liability

Puravida Sportwear SL is not responsible for:

• delays caused by the transport agency,
• damage resulting from incorrect use of the product,
• or errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations establish otherwise.
